I’ve done all kinds of various boot camps, CrossFit and other programs and this is hands-down the best workout you can get. AND you make your own schedule! No set class times, just come in, do the workout and leave feeling great!

ROUND 4★★★★★
This is hands down the best workout I’ve had in years. If you’re tired of the same old boring gym routine, get in here. One of the best parts is the flexibility—you can show up and jump right into a workout without waiting for a specific "start time," which is a total game-changer for my busy schedule. David and Christian are elite trainers. They don’t just make you sweat; they actually teach you the skills and technique while pushing you through a grueling full-body workout. The atmosphere is also top-tier, everyone training is friendly, positive, and there to work. No egos, just results. If you want to get in the best shape of your life, this is the place.

ROUND 5★★★★★
I have attended boxing classes here for over a year. Our instructors, David and Christian, are both excellent. The classes are varied, which keeps it interesting, and include strength training with weights and machines as well as punching bags. I’m especially thrilled with the upper body strength I have gained. Throughout the class, the instructor’s pay attention to the participants to make sure we’re doing it right and safety is a high priority. They offer helpful advice and positive feedback. There is a lot of lighthearted talk and joyful laughter shared among the participants and instructors which makes for a very fun time. I always look forward to going and feel very fortunate to have found this place. Patty

Notes from the gym
01
What happens in a 60-minute session
The format is simple. You arrive, a trainer sends you to a station, and a round lasts 3 minutes. Then 1 minute of rest and the next station. The gym says there are 15 stations and that they change every day. Equipment on the floor: heavy bags, aqua bags, speed bags, double-end bags and hand pads. Members also mention weights and cardio in the same hour.
02
Why there are no class times
Rounds start every 3 minutes, so you do not wait for a 6 PM class. Three members in the reviews call this the best part: you make your own schedule and the trainer pays attention to you, not to a clock.

The name: The Sweet Science
“The sweet science” is an old nickname for boxing. For this gym it is about balance: striking and blocking, effort and rest, training hard and living well.
